Only what you give us. If you call or email, we have whatever you tell us — typically your name, your phone number or email address, and whatever you choose to share about your situation so we can be useful.
This website has no contact form, no account to create, no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics. Visiting a page does not tell us who you are.
To answer you, to prepare for a conversation you asked for, and — if you become a client — to arrange and service the coverage you decide on. Insurance carriers and state regulators require certain records be kept, so once you apply for coverage, some information has to be retained.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We do not rent, trade or supply your details to lead buyers, marketing lists or anyone else who wants to sell you something.
Our business calls are recorded, and you are told so at the start of the call. California requires everyone on a call to consent to recording, which is exactly why we say it out loud rather than bury it here. If you would rather not be recorded, say so and we will stop the recording or continue another way.
California residents have these rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act. We extend the same treatment to everyone, because keeping two sets of rules would be a good way to get one of them wrong.
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
If this notice changes materially, the date at the top changes with it.
